如果首段尚未播放，请保持网络连接并稍候；生成完成的内容会自动保存在“我的夜读”。订阅未到账时，请先在订阅页点击“恢复购买”。

删除账号

请在 App 首页右上角账户菜单中选择“删除账号”，即可在 App 内立即永久删除账号及关联数据，无需联系客服。

如需账号、播放或订阅方面的帮助，请发送邮件至 support@bamboochat.cn。请附上问题描述与发生时间，不要发送 Apple ID 密码或银行卡信息。

Support in English

If the first segment has not started, keep the app connected and wait briefly. Completed audio is saved under My Night Reads. For a missing subscription, use Restore Purchases first. To permanently delete an account and its associated data, open the account menu in the app and choose Delete Account; no support request is required. For other account, playback, or subscription help, email support@bamboochat.cn. Never send your Apple ID password or card details.
